LexLive is a Lexington staple at this point. I’ve been here for birthdays, movie nights, bowling, and at 5pm after a conference at Rupp. The onion rings are banging and come with BBQ and their house remoulade style sauce. To be honest, the barbecue is not great so I always have them double me up on the house sauce. There are Better happy hours in other places, but they have location and multiple features on their side. i’m not really much of an arcade or games person but getting drinks in an app after a movie once in a while hits the spot. Purple Rain is my go to cocktail
We recently hosted our son’s birthday party at LexLive, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Cameron did an excellent job walking us through all the different party packages and options. He took his time explaining everything and helped us choose the best setup for our group without any pressure. Lisa truly went above and beyond. We were not the easiest customers — we had multiple changes, some indecisiveness, and a few unexpected items pop up along the way. Lisa handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. She stayed throughout the event to make sure everything ran smoothly, which made a huge difference for us as hosts. Even though this was “just” a kids’ birthday party, the level of service and planning honestly reminded us of the care that goes into planning a wedding. And the best part — it was all done at a very reasonable price. The bowling, arcade, and food were all fantastic. The cheeseburger sliders, Bavarian pretzels with cheese, chicken tenders, and pizzas were phenomenal — genuinely high quality and not the cheap, generic fried food you usually find at other venues. Overall, the event was a big success, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend LexLive for parties and events of all kinds.
Lex Live is without a doubt the best place in Lexington to watch a sporting event with your family! (Other than Keeneland of course) They have TVs everywhere split into 4 different programs showing almost every sporting event or game that is happening at that time. The wings are amazing, prices not too expensive, service is quick and very polite, and the overall vibe of the place is immaculate. Believe it or not, they have way more than just a sports bar and restaurant. The building is massive, with a bowling alley, movie theater and arcade. I have watched multiple movies here and bowled with buddies many times over! They are even home to the largest movie screen in all of Lexington. I can't get enough of this place and plan to come back for the rest of my time that I live here. I give a 5 star rating and if it could be any higher; it would be.
This is a pretty cool spot if you’re looking to hang out with your friends, go on a date, or have fun with your family. I took my girlfriend here for a night out to watch the new Conjuring movie; the theaters were amazing. Very comfy seats that recline and are heated, as well as having a small shelf to put your snacks and drinks on. There is also a restaurant, a bowling alley, and an arcade. The biggest downside as far as I can tell is the price of a night out here. For example, popcorn, slushies, and pretzels for the theatre are overpriced. As for the other things to do here, I only walked around to check them out so all I can say is that it looked very nice and modern. Overall, I would say this is a fun place to relax, hang out, and have a good time.
As a college student at the University of Kentucky LexLive is a great environment for the campus. I was needing a break from all the class work I had been working on so me and a couple of friends came to watch the new Conjuring movie. While waiting for our movie time we decided to eat at the restaurant they offer in the center. There was no wait time, and it was very easy access. The staff were super helpful when we were ordering and we were able to get our food in a timely manner. There were many entertainment options with TV’s all around the room, perfect for when there is a game. Many good movie food options and seating. The theater was also very clean. They also offer bowling which we did not get to try on this trip, but from previous experiences they were super convenient and fun.This is a great place to visit in your free time and when you are needing some entertainment. Overall an amazing place to hangout and enjoy many activities. Customer service was also very helpful. Definitely would recommend trying out! Especially for students attending UK.
