The place has nice furniture, but the staff was not pleasant at all. I walked in and there were two of the staff members sitting on a couch chattering. They looked directly at me and didn't even move to get up. They only continued to talk and laugh. Obviously they don't want to sell any furniture. Not even other free staff moved to help me at all. A cash paying customer just walked out the door.

The sales lady did not tell us to pay for set up, I had to call a handyman because the delivery drivers did not have a set up order. We paid over 100.00 for delivery and set up fee. My mother is 75 years old and as females we could not set the 800.00 washer ourselves. If only the sales lady gave us this info. Don't buy from here

Helpful staff and a large selection of furniture. They have two showrooms. I decided not to purchase from here because they did not have any bed frames with drawers in the bottom. They did have a lot of recliners that were very comfortable.

Received a damaged range. The delivery guys didnt even give me chance to inspect it. They unloaded it quickly took it to my kitchen, dropped it off, and almost took off running as if they already knew it was damaged. I called customer service and said they will send me a replacement part and a technician to install it. We will see what happens in 2 weeks. I'll update after this is taken care off. UPDATE*** They did fix the problem very quickly. Im happy they were able to take care of it. They sent a replacement part and 2 technicians to install it. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. From 1 Star to 4 Star

If there were negative stars I would give them this place is selling furniture infested with bed bugs and other pests and they are refusing to have their warehouse checked and wrongfully accusing my father because he is a truck driver that he brought the bed bugs ha! First of we had professionals to check the furniture that they sold us and he said that they are probably infested and that it most likely orginated from their main warehouse and we asked to have the warehouse checked just to verify that they are not the ones selling this bug infested furniture but no! The warehouse manager goes and says that it's my father's fault because he is a truck driver , why decline having your warehouse checked but she is probably fully aware that they are selling junk at high prices moral of the story people don't buy here they will scam you till no end.
