What a nice man! I had issues with my laptop keys and he responded fast. Lee offered up solutions and a reasonable quote considering the nature of the problem with zero pressure. I knew the reputation of the business to be good and always have referred others but never needed to contact him myself. Lee is amazing. He came to our apartment in a senior community to help set up our new iMac, and in just one hour he patiently answered a full page of questions we had prepared, all while reconfiguring the navigational system. He explained everything in a kind, down-to-earth way and even gave us a terrific, easy-to-understand lesson on Microsoft 365, especially Excel. We're in our 80's and thanks to Lee's natural teaching style, we feel much more confident. We won't hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend.

I just had an incredible experience with this business. I have been working on building a new computer and gathering all the parts for months and when it finally came time to actually complete the build, it turns out that the components that I purchased did not have all the necessary Cables included. All it took was one quick phone call to have my problem resolved, and I was able to pick up my part within a matter of minutes. Should I need any work done on my computer in the future this is the first place I’m going to call. what an amazing experience and a fantastic local business.
