Sarah Smith handled my taxes and I am so happy she was the person who did them. I have not worked before with someone as professional, kind, empathetic , fast and thorough to my situation as I have with Sarah at Liberty Tax. My taxes were not what most people would consider to be standard, and she made the process so easy and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. There were no surprises as she kept lines of communication open so I could make informed decisions. I will be returning to have Sarah do my taxes next year and I’m referring people to her. I was able to get an appt the next business day to prepare my back year taxes. The tax preparation was a little more in depth due to having moved in the same year and working in two different states. It went smoothly and all questions were answered. The ladies in the office were so friendly and kind. We had some great laughs just chit chatting during the preparation. The process of preparation is that two people from the office check it before it’s sent off for any mistakes. They have a long list of guarantees on their work also. My filing was accepted electronically within hours the same day. I highly recommended them.
