Eric and his team are the absolute best! 3/4 CPA, 1/4 therapist. Exactly what I (as a growing small business) need to stay sane. They have helped me navigate so much change in the last couple of years and I am forever grateful! They've helped with the basics of getting me set up with bookkeeping and doing my taxes. They've navigated me through creating an LLC. When my business got big enough, they advised me on how to create an S Corporation and held my hand through setting up the payroll process. They've talked me off the ledge multiple times when I was afraid of a big change or making a mistake, which is basically all the time. I really couldn't ask for a better support system! If you're a growing small business that wants to make sure you're doing all the things to make sure the IRS doesn't get you, call Eric!!

I went to see Eric as I was going through a very rough separation and had a complex tax situation to sort out as a result. He was immaculately professional and helped me get through a tough time with knowledge and support. Eric and his team were and are top notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Eric & the team at Right On Accounting have been fantastic to work with and have gone above and beyond to help me with my personal finances and educate me about what steps I can take to to be prepared for tax time and financial preparation. I really appreciate the time spent to bring me up to speed and make sure I don't experience any surprises at the beginning of the year!

I went to see Eric about a complex tax issue regarding inheritance. After listening carefully, he completely understood the issue and was able to give me the right recommendations. We discussed some other possible work together for my wife's business. Despite his expertise, Eric has a fantastically down-to-earth personality without a hint of arrogance. I will definitely call him again when we need more services.
