Susan Wallace has been absolutely phenomenal every time I have come to this Liberty Tax location. She knows what she's doing and is super fast so you don't give up your whole day. You go enough times and she remembers you & treats you like family. It makes getting your taxes done a breeze. I have gone back to her a few years now and will continue to return. She is absolutely the best and I'm happy to call her my tax lady. See ya next year!!

I highly recommend Susan Wallace with the Holland road location here in Virginia beach, VA. Susan is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. She went above and beyond to help me with my somewhat complicated tax return. She explained things to me as we progressed through the tax return. I will be using liberty tax with Susan from here on out. I will be sharing my experience and pleasure of doing business with liberty tax and Susan. I don't hesitate to give Susan and liberty tax 5 stars.
