This is the second time I've filed my taxes with Zigma Tax, and I will definitely continue to do so. The first time I filed in the United States, I used someone else, and it was practically a "sign here and that's it" situation. They didn't explain anything, I didn't really understand the process or the outcome, and I wasn't satisfied. Then I discovered Zigma Tax, and the experience was completely different. Last year, Mayra helped me, and she was excellent. She patiently explained everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. This year, I filed with them again, and Vivian helped me. Her service was truly incredible. She was always attentive, calling me, keeping me informed of every detail, explaining everything clearly, and taking the time to ensure I understood absolutely everything. I felt heard, guided, and confident every step of the way. Filing taxes isn't something to be taken lightly. It's a process that requires time, information, and responsibility, and they handle it with great professionalism. My experience has been excellent and I recommend them with my eyes closed. The first time I went, everything was great because they wanted to gain another customer. But the second time, everything was terrible: lack of communication, poor service, and zero transparency with the billing. They promise one thing and then do another. The staff provides awful service and is rude. I won't be back, and I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.
