Tina Marie is the best executive coach. She has such great energy, such genuineness, and a real love of her work. And she is simply excellent at what she does. I am hard to please, and she gets me and knows (better than I did) what I need to do improve, not just professionally but as a whole person. I amazed at all the wisdom and strategies that she can deploy. She tailors what she does to me, to what I need and want, and I feel more empowered through our work together. I consider Tina Marie not just as a coach, but a friend who in my corner.
