I’m not one to write reviews but I went in about while ago and it was around 5am and as I understood it was super early the nurse was definitely not helpful. I had felt unheard and as sick as I was I just wanted to leave. It felt like she was annoyed with me but I was and currently am in pain I have never experienced before and I’m terrified. I’m young and that was my first time going alone. I’m currently sick again just like last time and I’m doing everything in my power to not have to go back to them. And hearing “oop bye” on the phone when I told you it’s ok since you can’t help me over the phone was honestly what pushed me with this place. Maybe all the good staff are during the day.

I had to come in December and tonight my son and both times we received the best care! The staff was so sweet, efficient and caring!! There was no wait and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend! I will come here from now on even if I live 30 minutes away.

Mya at front desk was not nice or helpful. She had an attitude and acted put out that she was there and working. I asked her name which she refused to give me. In back Kyle the tech was good, nurse Ethan very patient , knowledgeable, and shared good communication with the process of what was going on. Dr. Echos very pleasant, concerned, patient,Doing a very thorough job with doing all that was needed for complete and proper care with follow up visit.

I received the very best care at this ER on Thanksgiving day. Nurse Lasey and Kyle were incredibly kind and thorough in their assessment of my knife wound, and Dr. Velamuri explained all treatment options to me, taking extra time to perform the least traumatic intervention to stop my bleeding. This group of providers was the A-Team and worked together seamlessly, and their bedside manner was as impressive as their medical care. I feel so fortunate to have received their care in my neighborhood and within just a few minutes of arriving. Thank you, Life Savers!
