We had a great experience thanks to Iccha who showed us around. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions clearly and making us feel very welcome. The tour was thorough without feeling rushed, and we left with a very positive impression of the club. A great representative of the team.

SO nice and clean. Shout out to personal trainer Leah - I was visiting Lifetime on 1/18/26 through a guest pass, needed help with a machine, and she was so kind to stop what she was doing, help me out and introduce herself. Didn’t make me feel like a burden and the kind gesture went a long way!!

Very disappointed. The cold plunge at Life Time The Colony had visible green buildup on the bottom and corners and did not feel clean or well-maintained. For a premium club, this was uncomfortable and unacceptable. I chose not to use it and hope management addresses this promptly. Because not all Life Time clubs offer the same amenities, when a club does provide features like a cold plunge, they should be maintained to premium standards. In addition, spa equipment has been out of order for nearly a month, which further highlights inconsistent maintenance standards.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Life Time Fitness, and I can’t say enough good things about the team there! Since joining, I’ve seen a huge improvement in both my fitness level and my overall confidence. A special shout-out to Becky(Rebecca L) who has been an incredible guide on my fitness journey. Her patience, expertise, and genuine care have pushed me to become the best version of myself. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without her support. I also want to thank Mason C. for helping me quickly and professionally resolve my billing issues. He made the process easy and stress-free. Huge appreciation as well for Preston W. whose positive energy and constant motivation always give me the boost I need, even on tough days. And of course, Cameron K. from the Pilates Club—your classes are a highlight! Thank you for making Pilates both challenging and enjoyable. Overall, Life Time has exceeded my expectations. With a team like this, it’s impossible not to succeed. Highly recommend! 💪✨

Came here as a guest, I must say it’s kept up very well. The sauna, hot tub, steam room and cold plunge are extremely relaxing. In terms of workout equipment it’s got everything. Not too sure I’m ready to spend $100-$230 a month on membership depending on whether you join as a group or singular. Also I came around 5-6PM on a week day and the parking lot was nearly full, so it was fairly busy. While it is nice comparatively to like EOS, Life Time has very bland/neutral colors while EOS has some additional colors to its theme and a green Astro turf. Life Time does have a lot of amenities and is very country club like. But if you’re looking for something much cheaper but some similar amenities I’d go for EOS.
