Dr. Matt and his colleagues at Lifespring have helped me in alleviating pain and correcting functional and postural issues, in my upper and lower extremities. The initial focus has always been in insuring the central nervous system is optimized and then addressing specific problems. One was an intermittent shooting pain in my lower left leg that is now gone. The other was a constant numbness is my lateral right knee. While another was a pain in my lateral left elbow. I highly recommend Lifespring Chiropractic if you are experiencing any of these same issues.

Dr. Matt was absolutely incredible in not only his professional, compassionate, and genuine interactions with us. I’ve experienced pain in my neck and limited range of motion in my left leg for years and in just one adjustment the pain was gone and my range of motion dramatically improved! It was amazing!

Just left my first appointment with Dr. Matt and I’m honestly still processing everything he found. My scans showed how hard my body’s been working just to hold me together, and it finally explains why I’ve been so drained and dealing with gut issues. Most chiropractors would have missed this completely, but he connected the dots right away and laid out a plan that actually makes sense for me. The whole staff was so welcoming and easy to be around too. I can’t wait to see how things shift as I follow the plan he set up.
