Great interview experience! Looking forward to continuing treatment to maintain my mental health and felt like Grecia Delgado really heard me. I kind of info dumped on her to catch her up to pace with my current state of mind and brushed up on my treatments prior to being referred to LifeStance. All and all, it was a positive outcome and looking forward to the routine check-ins to keep my anxiety down and mental clarity going in the direction I need to be.

I missed work for an appt with Jefferson and she never showed up, didn’t receive a call, email or anything. Horrible!

My experience with both Erica and Lucy have been very positive thus far. It’s convenient for me online since I no longer drive. I’m looking forward to wherever this goes in my future treatment and otherwise.

This was one of the most regrettable services I have every paid for. The therapist I had made no effort to connect with me, not even as much as eye contact. She started our session by looking down at her screen and reading off some questions… What’s my address, what’s my phone number, etc etc. She did not introduce herself, didn’t tell me her name, credentials, type of therapy she does, nothing. After her questions about my personal info, she read off another question, “Tell me about your upbringing”, as if she was asking my phone number…Still looking at the bottom of her screen, no eye contact. At this point I know nothing about this person and feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable with her questions. I asked her if she would like to tell me something about herself and she was completely taken aback and did not want to answer me. I had to rephrase my question many times to encourage her to TRY to make a connection with me. She seemed completely bewildered, as if it was a foreign concept for a therapist to introduce themselves… There were many “faces” made during our “therapy” that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt judged in almost everything I said. I pushed through, as uncomfortable as it was.. To top it off, she ended by putting me on the spot and asking if we were “a good fit”…. Good lord. When I said I wasn’t sure, she ended with a speech about how we don’t have to ever see each other again and I could ask for someone else. Even re-writing this experience brings back the discomfort I felt from this experience. I’m still in shock that anyone would charge to treat someone this way. There really are no words for discomfort and regret. I really wish I NEVER had this appointment. I felt so much worse after this appointment than I did before I had it. I wish I never did it. I had to leave this review because I wonder how many others might have experienced what I did. Just can’t imagine treating a client this way, knowing that people come to therapy in a vulnerable state. Very unprofessional and unethical from my point of view.

Highly recommended!! I have an AMAZING psychiatrist and therapist from LifeStance!! It was very easy to get connected to both! I thought I wouldn't really like seeing a therapist online, but I have had such a great experience with online therapy!! Also, I have the choice to see her in person if I want. They are super accommodating and services all around! The best therapist and psychiatrist I have EVER had!! I have had my psychiatrist for about 5 months now and she is always on top of everything as far as getting my medications and seeing me! I have had my therapist for about 4 months and I am so grateful for her! She is so wonderful!! Also they are very affordable! LifeStance Health is seriously the BEST!!! 😁😁🥰❤️💜
