My Sister and I have inherited the most wonderful chairs which were originally our Grandparents. These chairs are over 100 years old and the backs of them had disintegrated. Rocío & Luz have done an absolutely fantastic job of replacing the weaving work and repairing the seats of 2 of the chairs, which had broken. Thank you so much ladies for all the hard work and love that you put into our chairs, and for bringing them back to life.
My old bureau has had a total makeover. It looks amazing. The ladies have renovated it so well it looks like a different bit of furniture (it isn't!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Light & Dew for your restoration projects.
We had a great experience with Light and Dew. They completely refurbished a vintage chair, repairing and refurbishing the wood and back, and recovering the seat in danish cord to match the original. I was impressed with how they didn't over-restore, and were sympathetic to the age and history of the piece. It's now sturdy and usable and I will have many more years' enjoyment from it. I should also add that they were a joy to deal with, being flexible around holidays and house-moves. I wish I'd found them sooner.
Luz and Rocio worked wonders for us by completing a transformative job on a couple of tired armchairs. We were very happy with choice of materials, the price of their excellent work, and that they were able to complete the work ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend their services and will definitely use again.
