No events happen inside, just an open outdoor patio along the Port of Stockton on the Delta. The property is secluded.

What a nice little gem that's located here off the docks in Stockton. Went here for a wedding. While I thought the building inside would be a bit bigger, this was still a beautiful location to be at for a wedding. Sort of isolated too so it feels some what private. Would love to come again or maybe host a gathering or something here.

My cousin had a beautiful wedding at this historic old building. It used to be the base commandor's residential home. The house is beautifully restored and was big enough for about 40 family members. There was a kitchen and several entrances. In the background, there is the beautiful river. In the front of the house is an old golf course. There is a small pond and about a dozen geese live there. I tried to make friends with the geese, but they're much bigger than ducks and don't like people in they're territory. Don't try to pet the geese, they are kind of scary. But me and my family enjoyed the beautiful scenery and my cousin had a wonderful wedding.

Had an evening event for the Greater San Joaquin annual Chamber Mixer. The views were amazing and it’s a part of Stockton history worth enjoying. Location is perfect for any outside venue...the bell 🔔 even rings!
