Honestly amazing store and service. The two kind people on Friday were very lovely and polite. Kel helped me select the perfect gift for my partner. Definitely will go back again soon.

Love how you walk in and the staff behind the counter use the f word!. Was told husbands white wine is in stock but we dont drink white wine... Jimmy then questioned me. I feel I know my husband. Not really feeling the customer service at the mo. And too be fair not sure I will be back. Cheer's

I was just refused service at this store for a very bizarre reason. I went in and selected 3 different items, a premix margarita, premix g&t and a bottle of wine. I was then informed by the cashier that she couldn’t serve me as other people had come in earlier that day and had tried to purchase the exact same 3 items but were underage and did not have ID, and she suspected that I would be supplying alcohol to them. I have been racking my brain to figure out what the actual reason was because if that was true it’s a crazy coincidence plus it just seems like a pretty out there reason to refuse a 37 year old person service in the middle of the day. I had just finished work and was well dressed and we had not interacted in any negative way before I tried to make my purchase. She seemed paranoid and a bit over the top saying I would be fined for second hand supply? Other people trying to purchase alcohol has nothing to do with me. I had my ID but the cashier did not want to look at it. Honestly I’m still kind of shocked and confused about the entire interaction. Very weird, will not go there again!
