I went into your store yesterday and accidentally broke a bottle of beer in the cool room I. Apologised and offered to pay for it and was meet with rudeness from your staff l frequent your store twice a week and your staff could use a lesson in customer relations

Absolutely disgraceful to say the least, me and the lads trying to get on it pull up 30 minutes before it closes and we beg her to open the store at the time it should and she laughs at us. Frankly I am not happy and discontent to say the least. Poor from the geezar, have a word manager.
