As the others have mentioned here previously--unfortunate I experienced terrible customer service from one particular sales person. The female sales person was very obnoxious, despite being a VC club member and regular customer of this store.

Order placed online for available items took a month and a half to be delivered. After stock issues and one item finally not available and so refunded, the order was blocked for a full month. Very disappointed with the customer service, as I had to chase them, no help was given at all by e-mails. No answers, no solutions, no apologies for the delay and no gesture of good will. Would definitely not recommend to order on their online website.
