Lisa Om was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had as a model. She was dirty, did not wrap any of the tattooing equipment as required by the health department. The room was dirty and had dirty linens under the bed. I don't recommend this business at all. Save yourself the money and possible infection and go to a more reputable person.

I originally paid $3,000 for an in-person lip blushing training and was extremely disappointed. The course was rushed, not all advertised topics were covered correctly, and much of the sanitation/setup process was skipped — which is especially concerning for a procedure that requires strict health standards. The student portal didn’t work, so I had to share the instructor’s computer, and during practice time the instructor was frequently distracted with her phone and other business. I agreed to take this course in a one-day format (normally two days) under the impression it would simply be a longer day, but instead it felt like a lot of material was skipped. As the only student in the class, I expected more focus and professionalism, but instead it felt unprepared and careless. The model portion of the training was rushed because the instructor scheduled another client immediately afterward, leaving no time to properly review or demonstrate the process. To make matters worse, the model was clearly in pain, which made the rushed approach even more concerning. When I asked for a 50% refund (which I believe was more than fair), only then did the instructor admit that I had been overcharged by $500 for switching from the two-day to the one-day course — something that should have been made clear upfront. They only ended up refunding me a total of $950 (including the $500 I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place) after I made my concerns clear. I would not recommend this training to others. Save your money and find a program that values professionalism, thoroughness, and proper sanitation practices.

I recently took the microblading and microshading course. The studio is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Lisa is very professional and patient with her teaching style. She gives you plenty of time to practice and is very helpful with any concerns you may have. The fact that she provides you with lifetime access to a student portal to continue your guidance, communication and training is what really sets her apart from these other “trainers” you see online. 10/10 recommend

I had such an amazing touch up experience for my ombre brows! Mina and Lisa are amazing. I highly recommend Om Design if you are debating on getting your brows done. Go for it!

I really, really appreciate the experience here! I came to the studio for permanent eyeliner (winged). The place is super clean(like a clinic!), the seat is comfortable, Lisa is very meticulous with the prep work, and it didn’t hurt at all during the tattooing ! Throughout the process, she made sure my eyes are comfortable, the numbing cream working great, and she’s very careful, precise and fast. She also did refinement so thoroughly, I can tell she cares a lot about her work. I think all the equipments and materials used are maintained very well too, so I feel very safe and at ease. Even though it’s my first time here and we were all wearing masks, I really trust Lisa’s work! And most importantly, I’m very very happy with my new winged eyeliners! After-Care instruction is clear and I got a kit to take care of my new tattoos. I look forward to coming in for the touch up in 8 weeks!
