Working with life coach Lisa Reyna has been an amazing experience. In just 2 sessions, I discovered my core values, interests, and strengths that helped me realize that my passion and purpose are aligned with each other. At just 19 years old, I have discovered my purpose and life's mission and I cannot be more thrilled for the journey that I am about to embark on. What is even more exciting, I have no doubts about who I want to become and where I want to go. I would highly recommend her to a friend who struggles with their identity and passion.

Lisa was and is amazing! I am so grateful to have worked with her and cannot wait to work with her again. From the moment we met, she helped me find my work/life synergy, set-up boundaries, and grow myself, which all led to a HUGE career shift and promotion while achieving a better work-life balance and prioritizing of my self care. I am now a happier mom, spouse, woman and leader! All thanks to Lisa! After months of feeling like I was drowning in work and feeling unhappy with all aspects of my life, I was feeling like I was constantly running but was headed nowhere. This feeling got me to be unhappy at work, in my marriage and not even enjoy being a parent. I couldn't live like that anymore, so I started a search for a life and career coach. After looking for a while, I ran into Lisa and after our initial consultation, I immediately felt like she "got me". Lisa immediately understood and put into words what I, for months, had been feeling. I HAD TO HIRE HER! I worked around the clock, while being a single sole-mother, worked so hard to keep relationships with family members and friends, all without taking care of myself and not ever really focusing on what were my wants and needs and most of all my life goals or setup healthy boundaries. After working with Lisa, I was able to recognize what relationships added value to my life and my family, I set up boundaries to respect my self care needs while enforcing them when others tried to cross them. Above all, I was able to prioritize my workload, better understand my worth in the workplace and negotiate the promotion of my dreams while earning my place in EVERY table! Every time I hear a friend that lacks the confidence and clarity to create a life that they love and struggling to keep all their responsibilities in the air while holding their head above water, I talk about Lisa! I cannot wait to work with her again when I am ready to move my life to the next level!

I first reached out to Lisa in 2018 when I was in the midst of a life crossroads, both personally and professionally. I had a friend that was already seeing Lisa and couldn't say enough positive things about her, and I quickly found out why! At the time, I was looking for a new career path in tune with my values, as well as an updated approach to looking for new opportunities in line with what I was looking for - Lisa helped with all of that! After being coached by Lisa, I not only had more confidence than I ever had in both my personal and professional lives; but I also was able to land a job back home in Louisiana where I had been wanting to move back to for some time! The things that impacted me the most during coaching were Lisa's amazing ability to not only listen to my concerns but challenge them at different times to help me build myself and my confidence back up. Lisa gave me the ability to finally feel like I could go out and get any job I wanted and that I deserved! If I had to recommend Lisa to a friend, just as my friend did for me, I would tell them that they look no further for life and/or career coaching than Lisa. I was able to find myself in all aspects of my life, which in turn, helped me to find the opportunities out there that I deserved. I cannot recommend Lisa enough and I know she will help you out as much as she has helped me! SHE'S THE BEST!!!
