Jodie was wonderful to work with! She set everything up for our large group trip to the Dominican Republic--including choosing an awesome resort and private transfers to and from the airport! Definitely recommend and will use Lisell Travel again!

Melissa was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We were not quite sure where we wanted to go on vacation, so we talked with Melissa about various places and she helped us narrow it down to our top choices. From there she put together custom itineraries for each of our top choices. This was so helpful because it gave us an even better idea as to what a vacation in each location would look like. Once we confirmed the location, Melissa helped us customize the vacation to be exactly what we wanted. Before we left for our trip, Melissa sent us a printed itinerary in the mail along with tickets we would need for some of our tours and train rides. This was a really nice touch and is was great to have the printed itinerary while we traveled as a back up. While we were on our trip, we had a few minor questions come up. We reached out to Melissa and she was quick to answer our questions and make sure the trip was going well. Overall it was really a great experience working with Melissa. I could not recommend her enough- she was fantastic. When we are ready to plan our next vacation, Melissa will definitely be the first person I reach out to!

We recently worked with Melissa to plan a bachelorette trip to Cabo for nine of us, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the very beginning, she made the process feel easy and fun. She listened to exactly what we were looking for, gave us great options within our budget, and handled all of the details that come with coordinating a big group. The trip itself was seamless—flights, transportation, accommodations, and activities all ran smoothly, which let us just enjoy ourselves without stress. Melissa was quick to respond whenever we had questions and even checked in while we were there to make sure everything was perfect. Traveling with nine girls for a bachelorette could have been chaotic, but Melissa’s planning made it effortless. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, organized, and genuinely cares about making your trip special, I highly recommend working with her. We will definitely be using her again for future travel!

Our wedding in Punta Cana was beyond what we could have imagined thanks to the travel expert, Melissa Lisell! From the very start, we clicked, she understood my need to haves & nice to have as well as our budget. Once we choose our resort & date we had about 18 months until wedding week. We stayed in touch with monthly checked ins, which as so helpful. We used apps to keep information transparent & lists of things we both needed to complete. Getting closer to wedding week we had a phone calls with the resort wedding planner & Melissa kept in close contact with me, she was my sense of calm. Even throughout the week when we were in Punta Cana, Melissa was readily available to answer questions. I could not have done with without her, she is amazing & I'm blessed to have had her be apart of my BIG DAY !

We had the best experience working with Melissa. She was super easy to talk to, and made me feel so comfortable with booking a destination wedding. She did all of the footwork in helping us choose the resort, making contact with the resort, as well as creating our wedding website that our guest could book directly on. I had the most stress free experience and I cannot thank Melissa enough! Book the destination wedding, you will not regret it!!
