I drop off vehicle to get a damage inspection and they say they can't do it till the Geico rep is in only on Tuesday. I get a phone call from the Gieco rep after I made reservations for Rental and he is surprised that they said that when he was en route to this shop in 15 minutes. Online it states that the business is open at 7AM so I Uber here 20 minutes till they open just to find out that they are closed till 8. Now I'm stuck here in 30 degree weather for over an hour. Shady business, I'm taking the vehicle somewhere else to get work done. Not impressed by the slightest!

Took 3 Months for them to coordinate with the warranty agent’s decision to repair my car door and that’s ok because I had 2 back to back surgeries and it’s my job to press the issue but what really got under my skin and brought me to the reviews Is they sent my car too the detail shop and it wasn’t till the next 3 days out that I noticed on a sunny day that it looked like they dried my Black vehicle with sand paper. I have spider web swirls all over my car. I’m very cautious about what I use to wash and dry my car with even going so far as to buy a leather blower to dry it with. I don’t even wanna drive the car anymore, I’m disappointed. 😔

In my opinion, Lithia is the best auto body shop in Anchorage. Unfortunately I have had two vehicles that needed significant repairs and have been extremely pleased with the work and service. Ashley, as an upfront contact is extremely professional and friendly, and a great person to talk to. It’s important to have trust When your vehicles are being worked on and I feel well taken care of.

First time customer and I would never go back to this place. I brought my car to the shop without rust and got it back with rust and they tried claiming it was from getting in and out of my car.(wear and tear) I detail my car twice a year and have never seen that spot on my car, EVER! Even my kids never seen it there and I've own my car for 9 years I go in and out of it every day I would have noticed it, but it really looks like they used a tool to try and pop out the frame with metal and metal rubbing together to cause it. They had my car for 2 weeks. Cars take 5 to 6 days to rust. I even tried to show a picture and he brushed me off saying he couldn't see it and it was blurry just so he wouldnt take fault for it. Just own up to it and fix it. Not only that. My car door didn't close properly and had to wait an hour in half for them to get it right and it still makes a weird nose when you open and close it. Then had to bring it back the next day because My trunk wasn't opening. They lost the plastic cap for my car now my trunk has a whole in it. The manager in there cussing and don't even want to help out. Great experience to NEVER wanting to ever go back and not sending anyone over there.
