If I could give half a star I would. The general manager Ana, was not organized and not helpful to me.

The roses they sent were the wrong species. After calling them repeatedly on the status of my order, it finally arrived three weeks later after paying for 3-day expedited shipping. In addition, the plants was damaged from being packed upside down in its shipping container. I immediately recognized that the plants were not what I ordered. I contacted the owner, Anne Johnson, who dismissed the difference in color, leaf, texture, etc. as "bringing them in from the greenhouse." Once they bloomed, it was obvious to both of us it was a different species. Ms. Johnson blamed it on the vender that shipped the order. I've asked for a refund and have made numerous telephone calls and emails and have been ghosted...over $250!! This is no way to run a business. Don't be fooled by the slick website and social media content. It's just a gimmick to rip you off.

We purchased crepe myrtle tree , crepe myrtle bush , 2 full size rose bush $ 400 worth , we told the lady what we.wanted and the COLOR . She was impatient and in a hurry so needless to say our crepe myrtle tree is not bright pink like the bush We wanted them to match as they are.just a few feet away from each other . They are blooming now and we are very disappointed . Our crepe myrtle tree is light lavender maybe a little pinkish . I chkd all.the tags and that one was wrong . I mentioned the bush was smaller than I wanted and had alot of dead limbs , she said it's coming out of dormancy . Ok we took it , just felt like she wanted us to make our purchase and get put of there . I'm sure we won't go back !!! Correction the tree tag said bright pink. Can't dig it up and take it back , we are.seniors and it took alot for us to get them planted . You lost this customer . Answering your reply Do you really think we could dig the tree up and return it ??? Certainly wouldn't try again as you say at.your nursery . Your employee was rude and not caring .
