I came in asking if I could have someone look at bracelet in need of a simple repair. I overheard the owner (I assumed) testily tell the shop employee that she was "…too busy to do that" and to take my information and the bracelet. I left both. A little over a week later, I received a call and a lengthy explanation as to why the repair will cost $450. I said no thank you, picked up the bracelet, took it to another local jeweler, and got it repaired for $65 in about three days' time. I'm not a jeweler by any means, but I'm not sure as to how there could be such a jump in cost for the repair. If there were multiple ways or cheaper ways to repair the bracelet, I'd hope to have heard about any options, not just the most expensive. TL;DR premium costs with just okay service.

I had a wonderful experience at Little Relics in Sacramento. I came in with a broken platinum necklace that needed repair and was helped by Katie and Susan. They were incredibly professional, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. They carefully explained the repair options, the costs involved, and what the process would look like. I really appreciated how thorough and straightforward they were. It’s clear they care about their work and about their customers. What impressed me the most is that all of their work is done on-site, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality and security of the repair. Their honesty and integrity truly speak for themselves. I highly recommend Little Relics to anyone looking to purchase beautiful jewelry or have jewelry repaired. Thank you for such a great experience I will definitely be back!

First time here when I went Valentine’s Day shopping. Staff was VERY helpful and worked with me to find the perfect gift for my girlfriend. Love their work and stock. Next time I’m in the market for jewelry I’m definitely coming here again. Really appreciate the staff here.

This is a cute shop with those whom are great at their craft and very helpful. I walked in with a ring repair request, they were able to help on the spot and also educated me about my piece. Generous with their time and knowledge. I’ll return for additional repairs. Thank you
