Product looks nice, build quality is average. I had to widen pre-drilled holes on 2 brackets so all bolts could be used to attach the table base and top. Zero stars for after sales support and delivery. Beware, $200 delivery fee is for furniture to be dropped on the driveway in front of your house……

A family run business, not a big box store. BUUUT, a phone number listed that no human ever answers. Directed to email, great I’ll get reply by the end of the day- but I want to shop now? I couldn’t even tell if your store was even a store I could walk into. So I drove 20mins to get what I saw on your website only to find out it’s not in stock. But you can ship it to me, well that’s great if I didn’t need the item right now! Useless.

I absolutely love my Maland Olive Leather Kitchen Stools. I bought 4. They are so unique from anything else i could find in the market. (I don’t want others to buy!!). I had a nightmare with the 3rd party delivery company but Tanya was quick to respond and extremely proficient to help sort the problem and kept in touch by email until the delivery was completed. A side note for people who prefer to speak to a human; everything is done via email.

I purchased four Maland solid leather counter stools. They are of excellent quality, and I love the-tone wood. I could not be happier with them. I ordered online as I live in Darwin, where the choices are limited. The staff went above and beyond to assist me. made an error on the number of stools, and the staff was accommodating and fixed it quickly. The postage price to Darwin was also reasonable. You will not be disappointed with them. thank you, Living by Design.
