We had a great experience working with Alex from start to finish. He helped us craft the ideal plan for our backyard and his team delivered an excellent result in less than 2 days. Alex was also extremely thorough and responsive in his communication, which helped us feel comfortable throughout the process. Don't bother looking anywhere else!

We just had our yard completely redone by Living Earth Landscapes and could not be more pleased with the results! When we first started looking for a landscaping company to work with, trying to sort through all the options available on google seemed overwhelming. How do you know a good company from a not so good company. The first thing we did was to look at the Google ratings, Living Earth Landscapes had 150 plus, 5 Star ratings - ALL OF THE RATINGS WERE 5 STAR! I thought to myself, how is that even possible in today's world. Having completed the process from start to finish with Living Earth, I now know why. Thus this 5 Star rating from us as well. From the start of the process in making first contact with Alex he was extremely responsive, pleasant and professional. He guided us through our options, recommended what would work and what would probably not be a good choice based on our wishes, yard, elevations and unique circumstances. He guided us through the process and made it painless and enjoyable. He said what he would do and did what he said. Prompt responses to all contacts, prompt attendance at any scheduled meetings and his team nailed the start and finish dates of the project even after a summer of very challenging weather. The on-site team led by Kyle and Austin were unbelievable! What a fantastic crew. They were polite, kept us informed at every step of the job, were respectful of our property, took extreme care in everything they did, cleaned up every night, were very respectful of our neighbours and had an eye for even the smallest of details. You just can't ask for more. We would absolutely recommend Living Earth Landscapes to family, friends or anyone else looking for a quality company that absolutely nails what customer service is all about. Alex, Kyle, and the Living Earth team were amazing to work with! Our backyard looks beautiful and turned out exactly like the design Alex had envisioned and brought to life. They were upfront in letting us know a previous landscaper had messed up our fence, and we didn’t hesitate to call them back to fix a mistake that wasn’t even theirs. Truly down to earth, easy to work with, and so talented. Highly recommend Living Earth!

We had our entire yard stripped and rebuilt in early May. To start, Alex began communicating in January when no other companies were even returning calls! I knew right from the start, this company and its team were something special. Alex provided drawings and a detailed quote which we tweaked and then agreed upon. There were no changes to that quote other than ones we made as the project got underway. Alex advised in January that they’d be there on May 5 to begin and the project would take 7 working days. They showed up on May 5 and took exactly 7 working days. They kept the job site clean throughout and were extremely respectful of my neighbors. The crew is amazing, friendly, hard working, and are perfectionists. I can’t emphasize enough how great the team are. Each has their own area of expertise and they take great pride in what they do. Kyle was meticulous with the patio and retaining walls. Austin nailed the irrigation. Jason rebuilt window wells. Eric was keeping things neat and tidy. Alex coordinated other trades that were required along the way which was seamless. Yard was fully stripped and irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, new sod, and all new shrubs and trees planted. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product. The quality and craftsmanship in all areas is clearly seen. We can’t thank the team enough and I couldn’t recommend the crew enough. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a professional and expert landscaping team!

Cannot say enough good things about Living Earth Landscapes! From the start Alex was so friendly and easy to work with. He listened to our ideas and was so willing to work with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. His crew is also top notch. They are extremely hard workers and super friendly. They were done our backyard in a day and half! Their attention to detail blew me away. We are so happy with the work and customer service we received. We would recommend Alex and his crew to anyone who asks for quality landscaping!
