I order a Herman Miller chair a couple of weeks ago (end of November) and unfortunately when I received the delivery I knew something had gone wrong. The box came all broken, teared and the worst, the chair came with lose part and one of the had broken pieces. I have tried to contact service centre multiple times, via chat, email and phone and they still give me the same response, that they are missing evidence photos from me, reply email to them to organise a replacement - this last one I never, and until now they still haven't get in contact with me about my claim. It is clearly a business I can't trust anymore feels that any communication with them is fake and misleading.

Bought my Herman Miller office chair at Living Edge several years ago and had a wonderful experience. A year later I had a hole that developed in my chair. Living Edge came to my home, replaced the entire part, and were gone in 10-15 minutes tops. Great service. Definitely coming back! Thanks again! UPDATE: I visited Living Edge today with my mother and had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing several pieces of furniture. Nick went above and beyond helping us pick out some pieces that were perfect for my home. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and exciting.
