Just received my Squier thinline tele purchased through Reverb. To say I am thrilled is an understatement. The guitar is GORGEOUS And is so lightweight yet powerful in tone. I expect to get incredible enjoyment from this guitar and I’m 75 years old! Thanks. 🎸💕😎

I'm new to playing the ukelele. Went into Quest because they're close by. I wanted some music books and accessories such as a strap. The young man on duty told me the service person was sometimes able to install a pin with short notice. I ran home, got the ukelele. The nice repair man was still there and installed the pin while the young man helped me find a strap and taught me why I wasn't able to do a bar chord! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm really glad that I ventured out to Quest!!

I went in to buy a guitar amp for my son for Christmas. Great selection and the guy I dealt with was very knowledgeable and overall a great salesperson! I am only sorry I didn't get his name for the review but guy with the long dark brown hair was excellent. I was in and out in about 5 to 10 minutes with a quality amp in my price range. Thank you.

I came here after looking for replacement strings for a badly damaged low quality guitar, I ended up buying a new Takamine G-series! It plays beautifully and is absolutely gorgeous to look at. The service at Quest is what really shines though, the staff seem to really be excited for your path in music and are the epitome of friendly and polite. They were extremely helpful, as I'm relatively new to guitar and needed some guidance when it came to buying my first real quality guitar. Ty in particular was amazing, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He gave the impression of being passionate because he was super excited that I was getting a new guitar, and while he helped me make an informed decision, I didn't feel pressured to buy at all. I think I will definitely make Quest my new go-to for guitar needs as they just have great service that I had not gotten at other places, not to mention their prices are great, too! Will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone who's looking for anything guitar related!

Always helpful and knowledgeable. The staff are passionate about music and it really shows. Everyone plays one or more instruments and most are total gear heads keeping up on the latest tech. The website is really informative too.
