Kiki recently taught a cooking class on healthy eating for about a dozen of our clients, it was a fantastic experience! She showed us how to use an Instant Pot (a new experience for most of us) to make a burrito bowl; it was delicious and tons of fun. Kiki was knowledgeable, engaging, and kindly handled all questions, chaos, and unexpected situations with grace and patience. Kiki’s ability to speak Spanish and English was very helpful as well. All the attendees really loved the class, loved the food, and were asking when the next class would be before everything was even cleaned up! Kiki is amazing and supportive. I just completed her Fall back into Healthy Habits. Kiki made the challenge fun and encouraging, her knowledge in nutrition means she can work with anyone no matter your health challenges. Kiki is one of the best in both nutrition and fitness. Before working with her, I would workout and think I was eating healthy but not see any results. Kiki really breaks it down and educates on nutrition while providing different options. She really changed the way I eat and think about food.
