I brought in my Kia Soul which had a variety of dings and scratches. LJI suggested a modest approach, since I wasn't using insurance--painting over rusted spots, heat treating and smoothing out the dent in my bumper. The car looks much better, and as usual, was returned to me with a thorough interior detailing. I really appreciated their keeping me posted on what time it would be ready, as I was trying to arrange to pick up the car in a somewhat narrow window of availability in my schedule that day.
