Anna, who scheduled my appt. was great. She tried to get me in, same day and promised to call me back. I was pleased she followed up and she got me in the next morning, which was great! Edward came out, and was extremely thorough and cared about solving the issue. I continue to be very pleased with Lloyd's entire value chain, regardless of who I'm dealing with. All the folks have been A+. Kudos, Lloyd's!

I would not recomend this company ! During the bagging process while they were on sight, things went missing ! This was a historic sight and zero care was taken to safe guard the property while the house was being bagged. Missing approximately 12 terracotta roof tile that match this home ! They are very expensive to replace. They feel it was not their responsibility! They take zero responsibility for anything ! I DO Not recommend this company at all !
