Went twice for happy hour. The birra egg rolls were delicious. Cheesy chicken tacos were ok. Mango margaritas was perfect. Charge 20% gratuity automatically.

I discovered Lobera a few months ago I decided to go a different route and try something different so I chose to go with the Birria Tacos. First bite I fell in love. The tacos were fresh, hot, flavorful, and delicious. I go here every week sometimes more than once. The staff is incredible, always asking if everything is ok. They always have a positive attitude and I get greeted every time I walk in. Overall it’s a good place to sit and chill while you eat I definitely recommend. Lobera Tacos and Tequila is by far THE best Mexican restaurant in Raleigh.

I wish I could give 10 stars to this incredible restaurant. We are from New York and are used to some pretty good Mexican restaurants. This one is in our top five favorite in the whole country! From the friendly waitresses and atmosphere, to the all you can eat chips and homemade salsa! This establishment has every flavor you need on your pallet. We had three dollar beers and the selection was incredible for the price! From chips to dessert we would eat here weekly if we lived closer! Highly highly highly recommend this Mexican establishment.

I had such a great experience at Lobera Tacos and Tequila! Their birria roll appetizer is incredible—super flavorful and definitely something I’ll be ordering again. I also tried the Mar y Tierra tacos, and they were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend both dishes if you’re planning to visit. The service was just as impressive as the food. The waitresses are very kind and attentive, and I especially want to mention Cintia and Jannet. They were amazing—so caring, patient, and understanding, even with indecisive customers like me! Their great customer service made the whole experience even better. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. I’ll be back! 🌮✨

Great little Mexican restaurant located near campus. The staff was very friendly from the time we walked in until the time we left. The food was really good as well. Each portion was enough to fill everyone's belly and the bill didn't break the bank. I highly recommend to stop in here for lunch if you're in the area.
