Lobo got me my new set of tires efficiently, and were polite and friendly throughout the transaction. The price was great too. The one thing I’ll note is that even though I made sure to make it clear before they started any work that I’d need to pay with card, there was a last-minute push to transact with cash that left me a little uncomfortable at the very end. Specially since before they started working they said “no worries, no cash no problem.” The sudden change felt off and honestly made me uncomfortable. I don’t think anyone meant anything by it, but a little perspective on how this could be worrying for a female customer on her own would have improved the experience. Posting in the store and online that cash is strongly preferred before the transaction would help this go more smoothly.
