I can’t recommend Local Pest enough. I had reached out to a number of pest control companies for a bed bug inspection, and most just gave me a quote and a date - no real guidance or reassurance. When I spoke with Chris from Local Pest, it was completely different. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain what signs to look for and even how to do a basic inspection myself. He clearly cared about helping me through what was a really stressful situation, not just making a sale. I sent him photos, and he responded quickly with his professional opinion. Even though I didn’t find any signs of bed bugs other than bites, I decided to go ahead with an inspection for peace of mind. Their flat rate (rather than charging per room like other companies) was very fair, and the technician who came out - Robbie, was friendly, professional, and thorough. He not only checked everything carefully but also offered an alternative explanation for what might have been causing the bites, which was incredibly reassuring. It’s rare to find a company that combines genuine empathy, professionalism, and transparency the way Chris and his team do. They truly helped ease my stress during a really difficult time. I’m so grateful I found them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with a pest issue.
I cannot praise them enough. They took care of my bird/rodent mite infested car. They fumigated and then I got them to professionally clean the car of the chemicals. I went to other pest control companies and they did not know what to do about bird/rodent mites even if it was on their website. Orkin played around with me and just tried to get me to do extra inspections even though I had documented photos. They suggested ozone treatment which doesn't work and then ghosted me. Local Pest Control LTD is amazing and thorough. They have dealt with almost everything it seems and they understood exactly what I was going through. These people are professionals and take cleaning to a scientific level because they have to.
Alex was fantastic! So professional and thorough, extremely prompt, and we were so satisfied with the nest removal. It's taken me a long time to write this review, but I just want to give credit where it's due - especially for a female technician, something you don't see often int his profession. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
I called the local group cleaning on Tuesday. They came within 45 mins to my apartment to do a quote. Then came back on Thursday exactly when they said they will be there. I was a bit of a hoarder. My apartment was a disaster. They worked mercilessly 8 hours straight without a break. My apartment looks spotless now. They have given me a second chance to start my life fresh. The crew did an amazing job!!! I was speechless when I saw my apartment. It looked like the first day I moved into a new place. Great job Local Group! You guys are amazing! Thank you so much!!!!
