Lockout customer service has been amazing from the start! I was able to book a tour and get the contract going right away. My phone was having trouble connecting with their secured system, which is very rare, but they were able to assist me every step of the way so I could get into the studio asap. They were all extremely friendly and helpful including KJ and Shawn! I highly recommend renting with this company. :)

I love this place! The location is great. Not too far from the freeway. The staff has replied pretty quickly with all of my questions and concerns so far. The price is decent so if your an artist who needs 24/7 access, this is the place to be!
