I asked them to take a look at my sump pump, which is very noisy and constantly running. They told me it’s normal and did nothing about it. They charged me $300+ to fix a cracked pipe. After I did some research myself, I solved the issue by replacing the check valve. Luckily, they didn’t do it for me, otherwise they might charge another $300+. I am very disappointed with the service. Not knowing what they are doing, and charging way too much for tiny fixes.

Called Lodder Brothers because our shower nozzle broke. It took a few attempts via their call center, but they finally connected us with our technician, Bryce, who was AWESOME!! He worked hard to fix the issue, kept us informed, tried to keep the cost reasonable, and even cleaned up the mess in the shower. He's extremely professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. I would recommend him - hands down.

Thanks to the quick service of Lodder brothers and specifically our technician Kyle and his partner, our sump pump issue was fixed quickly and efficiently! We would definitely recommend and use them again for any plumbing issues

Old cement laundry sink got cloggeed - Joe came after New Years and it was a simple issue of fraying mop parts used by the cleaners. It was a quick service and a fair price. 20% more fair price as compared to other companies. I would highly recommend this family owned business.

Next day service from Lodder Brothers. 👍🏻 Yesterday, I called with a non-urgent plumbing issue & got friendly service from Ella & helpful advice from Dan. Today Louis Piquemal installed a new water softener at my home. 💦 Louis arrived promptly, was a tenacious problem-solver & finished the job as efficiently as possible. Louis has plumbing skills & a sense of humour - a winning combination when things go wrong with water in your home. I have never been disappointed when I have called them for help over the years! 🙏🏻 👏🏻
