I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing from start to finish. From the initial call with dispatch to setting up an appointment for the very next day, everything was smooth and easy. Mohammad (Mo) was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic—super professional, friendly, and respectful. He did exactly what we discussed, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained everything clearly along the way. He also gave me several options to choose from, with absolutely no pressure to go one way or another, which I really appreciated. Overall, excellent service all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Five stars!

Our sump wasn’t working properly. I called them and got same day service. Our technician Ben was great. Showed up in time. Great service. We had to replace our sump pump and install a battery backup. Owen and Shane did a clean and quick install. Would recommend them!

Customer service has been great and give ample time to let you know when someone will be by. I had a quote done by I believe Justin was his name for the replacement of a water shut-off valve, seems like a great guy, very professional, price was a bit high but I was expecting that these days. He was not in for the day of the repair, Gordon took his place and performed the replacement, interaction and repair was professional. Didn't take much time, no Hassel or hidden costs at the end. Would recommend both gentlemen from this company for future repairs if needed.
