They helped us resolve issues with both our sump pump and low water pressure, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. We had MTAC install a new toilet ( it was only roughed in) and utility vanity in our downstairs laundry room. Marcus was incredibly professional and informative. He delivered a itemized and very detailed quote quickly. Marcus’s communication re timing and appointments was excellent The work was done promptly and very well, it was not an easy job for them. They preformed the job perfectly always keeping us informed and updated . Marcus and his team certainly deserve a five star rating and I would highly recommend them.

Another great job by MTAC Plumbing! I submitted a work order for our apartment complex in Cambridge because of a leaky toilet. Anthony was able to head over to the property the same day and take care of the issue. He communicates so well over text message—sending us photos, providing updates, and keeping us informed every step of the way. As landlords who are not in the province, this is something we greatly value. We trust Anthony to do his very best, and he always does. MTAC Plumbing makes things simple and efficient by handling work orders over text and email, complete with photo updates. Marcus, Anthony, and the girls at the front desk are always responsive, prompt, and professional. If you’re looking for reliable plumbing services, don’t hesitate to call MTAC Plumbing. These guys truly deserve your business, and you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much, Anthony, Marcus, and the entire MTAC team!

Outstanding Service from Anthony & Marcus at MTAC Plumbing This review is in recognition of Anthony and Marcus, the plumbers I’ve been working with over the past few years. They are exceptional professionals—highly skilled, excellent communicators, and incredibly efficient with technology, whether it’s through text, email, or prompt invoicing. Their detailed work descriptions and thorough documentation have been invaluable as a landlord, ensuring I always have a clear record of the work completed on my properties. I’m especially grateful for Marcus, who has consistently provided top-tier service, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony, who replaced a kitchen tap. He was competent, proactive, and quick to troubleshoot unexpected challenges, such as shutting off the water when needed. Many contractors struggle with problem-solving on-site, but Anthony handled everything seamlessly. He was punctual, followed instructions precisely, provided excellent photos, and delivered the kind of reliable service that puts a landlord’s mind at ease. I won’t be calling any other plumbers—Marcus and Anthony are my go-to for all my properties in Cambridge. MTAC Plumbing is a rare find, and I truly appreciate their straightforward, honest approach to the job. Thank you, MTAC Plumbing, for your outstanding service!
