Nick was referred to my by my previous property manager who was closing down his operations with the caveat that I should do my own research and not just follow his recommendation. Nick and his team do a great job of taking care of all aspects of our rental property. One very important aspect is vetting potential tenants with respect to their ability to make the rent and overall quality of the individuals in general. Nick takes care of the smaller tenant issues without contacting me and consults me only when there's a repair requiring a higher financial outlay. My wife and I are happy with Nick and his team.
