To be honest, the amount of revisions was quite stressful. I had already created a mockup design and my logo was 95% the look that I wanted and I provided a detailed list of what was needed, which was not much for a minimalist design. After the initial conversation explaining what was needed, I followed up with details in a text. Although the turnaround is very quick, it wasn't what I had discussed. Because I was thorough in my explanation, but it was still off target, I wanted to give up because I didn't understand how so many details in my instructions were missed, and I was done. Then I received a call from the sr designer who assured me they could create what I needed. He was so friendly and pretty much begged to make it right, that I gave in. It still took several days, dozens of revisions, and over 8 hrs of redo's that last day, but it was finally done correctly. I was very stressed, but what I love about their team, is there hard work and dedication, and they weren't going to quit until I was satisfied. Although I don't feel it should have been so much back and forth, they work hard, and they turned my sad tears into tears of joy. I'm glad I hung in there, and that they were committed and cared so much about getting things right. Although I want to give 5 starts, I'm unable to for the amount of revisions it took. I feel with more attention to detail, and asking for clarification before redoing the work wrong, would really save time. Overall, I'm satisfied and I LOVE my logo, thank you Zhea❣️
