I received fantastic advice about a ring: the advice was honest, helpful and very selfless. In fact they were clear that the ring was not something they specialised in and I might be better approaching an auction house. Their advice proved right and I was able to find the true value of the ring and achieve a good price at auction.

Had a great, helpful and impartial chat today with the very well informed Thomas on values of various silver items I am interested in disposing of. This company are evidently happy to do home visits around greater London to do no-obligation valuations. I'd certainly be in contact with them again and they would be my first choice of company should they be interested in buying from me.

requested some information regarding a collection of coins and was provided with an answer via a phone call within 12 hours, I had previously paid a 5 day trial subscription with a well established on line valuation company over 3 weeks ago and still no answer. Great service and only had to use whatsApp to send pictures and my questions were answered via a pleasant phone call and not returned via a text.

I contacted this company via email regarding some items. We were able to get the items reviewed via text and picture messaging. Thomas was very quick to respond and gave us his honest opinions and advice about our items, over a 3 day period. Each time I sent an image a response was received promptly. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Thank you.
