I've always wanted to meditate but never quite been able to bring it into my life until I did this meditation course at the beginning of August. I have since meditated every morning and most afternoons - it has become a normal part of my life and I feel the benefit for sure. It is not that life has drastically changed but that I am perhaps dealing with it better - I love a quote from Jillian's book - (along the lines of) its not about getting better at meditation but getting better at life. I think this sums it up beautifully. I would recommend the course for sure - it clears up any confusion or misconceptions about meditation for example you need a quiet room with candles or to eliminate all thoughts from your head! I've since meditated on the bus, train and in the park!

Fantastic experience from the very beginning. The intro talk was informative so much so I knew I wanted to learn with Jillian & Michael. I’m now into my 6 weeks of meditation practice and it has been so helpful dealing with my anxiety. I recommend to everyone.

I cannot rate the London Meditation Centre highly enough. I followed at a distance for some years before coming to Jillian and Michael as an advanced meditator. Every session, online and in-person has provide a wonderful snapshot into the richness of the Vedic tradition. It is such a privilege to have access to teachers who are uncompromising and determined to continue the tradition exactly as it was intended to be taught. I have already seen significant benefits in my own practice. The care and consideration that they show for students is amazing and I’m looking forward to continuing the journey with them.

I read Jillian's book 'Why Meditate' and saw her talk at the Do Lectures and knew this would be the right course for me - I wasn't wrong! Jillian and Michael are both lovely and the course was well structured and felt very geared to modern life. I've been meditating twice daily since and feeling the benefits. The venue is easy to get too and feels very calm. I'm booked in for one of their retreats the autumn which I'm really looking forward to. Very happy with my choice of teachers.
