This group is essentially my favourite place in London. It's a group of people in their 20s and 30s who practice mindfulness together, and take turns in peer-facilitating the group. I never intended to become a regular, but somehow I kept going back and now it's a few years on.
This mindfulness afternoon is consistently delivered with so much ease and thoughtfulness that I felt refreshed after just one session. Three years later, I have more ease within me, and am able to bring thoughtfulness to even the most challenging of interactions. It's been an incredible journey, and it continues. I am so grateful to all of the people who make this group possible.
