Alfonso came recommended. Called for refrigerator service. He was early for a quick scheduled appointment. He performed maintenance on my fridge that was not completely freezing, making extreme noises and refrigerator not cooling cold. He replaced the condenser fan, said it was hitting the case and should be normal again in 24 hours. He left a mess on the floor that had to be cleaned up. A week passed and I told him there was no change. He came back out looked at a few things said a new motor was needed and he'd call back. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from him. I read and watched videos, ordered the part and fixed it myself. During my research I learned the fan was supposed to look the way it was so it didn't need to be changed and he didn'teven properly test the motor fir malfunction. This service unfortunately took my money without resolution and it cost a lot of money. Maybe refrigerator repair is not this technician's thing.

I was frantic; where were we going to find a dependable reasonable price company to send a person to repair our side by side three year old refrigerator on a holiday weekend?! I called longhorn not even researching or even reading reviews ……time was of the essence Al the technician came and I was so grateful I made the right decision in a matter of minutes he repaired it …….that evening the freezer made the first batch of ice and the fridge was cooling properly.I recommend them fully ! My electric stove top had one burner that was not working. We just bought this house and this was one of the biggest annoyances about the kitchen thus far. Called Longhorn Appliance repair March 18 and Al was sent out same day to see what could be accomplished with fixing it. Al was extremely knowledgeable and kind when I was running around trying to find the circuit breaker. He explained exactly what had happened to the stove top and how that could have happened, the burner blew the switch and a wire in the burner. He ended being able to fix it completely the very next day Mar 19. I will use them for any appliances that go on the fritz from here on out. I cannot explain how wonderful Al was and just an all around nice person when I was being a complete idiot about the breaker. Giving this company all the stars and really appreciate the timely service.
