We went there last sunday my wife & our two sons & they sat us in the section of what i consider the best server we ever met his name is Francisco but he introduced him self as the puertorican cowboy. OMG this guy mede our night so wonderful & funny. This guy is an artist he is very respectful but he is a comedian. He made us laugh the whole night. & His service was excellent. Next time i visit this Restaurant i am going to ask for the puertorican cowboy (Francisco) & now talking about the food OMG everything was Delicious the steaks were cooked perfect y the shrimps were Delicious. Everything was good also the drinks. I recommend the dragon fruit margaritas. I LOVE LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE IN TRADITION PSL.

I have been coming here for a while and always sit by the bar. The service and the food has always been great. I was just there for my Birthday, unfortunately I was by myself because my husband wasn't feeling well. Bartender Binita made it extra special for me!!! I would like to thank her again!!! She is always jovial and has awesome customer service!!!!

Plenty of parking here, consistently good food. Today I had the lunch special seven pepper salad with steak and the shrimp potato Soup. I washed it down with a yummy Margarita. Everything was Delicious. Perfect spot to zoom in for a quick lunch while shopping the store's at Tradition.

This is one of my go-to places on the road. This was perhaps just an "off" night. Everything was just sort of average. The steak was tough as old boots and had hardly any grill flavor. The reason I have the food 4 stars was because of the French Onion soup! It has never let me down here. The waitress was working hard and seemed to have several tables. I'll keep trying this place. Its pretty dependable, but not as good tonight as usual. Oh, and I couldn't hear myself think. Super loud! I know it's a steakhouse/bar, but don't you wish some tables would police themselves a bit?
