Dr. Kate is one-of-a-kind, and drastically improved my health outcomes. I struggled with a severe case of on-set adult acne that deeply affected my confidence for over 2 years. After countless dermatology appointments and accutane left as "the only solution", I decided to explore other routes of treatment. I found Dr. Kate, and she spent a full 90 minutes with me going over an in-depth assessment of my symptoms and creating an effective and attainable treatment plan. Within 4 months, my acne was completely gone. As someone who'd never given naturopathic medicine a chance and always skewed for more conventional methods, I couldn't believe the success and outcomes of my treatment. I don't think any integrative doctor could've gotten me my results, either. Dr. Kate's deep understanding of hormonal issues, root-causes, and attainable treatment plans is what made it so successful. She makes it easy to be healthy!

Dr Kate has been helping me with very bad acne I've had on my face for a while, it took some time to see any changes but I finally have and my skin has become very clear, hasn't been this clear/breakout free in such a long time! She's continuing to help me with gut lining issues to further help my skin plus some stomach problems. She is very easy to talk to and kind, if you are struggling with acne I highly recommend seeing if she can help you too!

I wish I could get back all the time and money I spent over a decade trying to remedy my daughter's acne. She was always a willing participant in every avenue we went down, from dermatologists, aestheticians, nutritionists, and doctors seeking a remedy for her skin problem. Finally, when she learned about Dr. Kate, my daughter took the reins and followed Dr. Kate's protocol. Today, she has a flawless, clear complexion.

Dr. Kate is the first doctor I have ever found who takes the time to really listen to me. She cares, not just about alleviating my symptoms, but getting down to the cause of them. She helped me with issues that have plagued me for years. I highly recommend her. She also completely cleared up the acne a friend's daughter struggled with for years. She is so happy!

Dr. Kate has helped me immensely! She is extremely nice and truly knowledgeable. I have Hashimotos and have had pretty bad symptoms since being diagnosed at age 18. I have seen her for about a year now and I feel great! I highly recommend her for any womens health concerns. She truly listens and takes the time to hear you out.
