⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Charlotte was an absolute dream to work with as our wedding coordinator. She made the entire experience completely stress-free and easy-going from start to finish. Her calm, relaxed energy is contagious, and she’s genuinely so easy to get along with — the kind of person who instantly makes you feel at ease during what can be a very hectic time. I will forever recommend Charlotte to all of my friends getting married in the future. We had the pleasure of working with Charlotte as our wedding coordinator about 3 weeks ago, and it was some of the best money we spent on our wedding. Right from the beginning, Charlotte and her team were professional, friendly, and thorough. We had many meeting with Charlotte and Tara where they helped with any questions we had, helped put our minds at ease, and made sure we were focusing on the right things and on the right track for planning. Charlotte ran our rehearsal, which was so incredibly helpful. All our family members, bridal party, and officiant commented on her professionalism, attention to detail, and how grateful they were to have her there. On the wedding day, Charlotte and her team did all the setup and takedown of our decorations. It looked even better than we had imagined! We did not have to worry about one thing on our wedding day and got to focus fully on enjoying ourselves and being present, thanks to Charlotte and her team.

Our coordinator Martine was amazing — she handled everything so well and we were able to just relax, be present and enjoy the moment. Many of our guests even pulled us aside during the wedding to compliment how seamless, organized, and thoughtful Charlotte was. On the day itself, we didn’t have a single worry.
