I recently purchased several pieces from Lounge Lovers and the entire journey was an absolute pleasure! The sales team at the showroom were fantastic – knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, offered great suggestions, and made the selection process enjoyable and stress-free. The products themselves are stunning! The quality is exceptional. A special shoutout to the delivery team too – they were professional, careful, and super efficient. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and even helped position the pieces exactly where we wanted them. Not a single mark or issue. From start to finish, Lounge Lovers delivered a premium experience and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new furniture. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience ordering at the Lounge Lovers storefront and appreciated their responsive messaging service regarding our scheduled delivery. We ended up picking up our couch, which was a seamless experience-it was all organized and ready for us to pick up. In particular, the warehouse man was lovely, efficient, and helpful. Thank you for being so kind especially on a scorcher of an Adelaide summer’s day! And, we love the couch! We looked high and low and this was a great balance of high quality and well-priced.

Fantastic service and very friendly. I have been very pleased all round with the service provided from the in store sales team and the delivery guys. This has been my second delivery from lounge lovers and I will definitely recommend and be returning. Delivery guys where on time and very easy to follow with the tracking link

I love my new dining table and chairs! Very comfortable and looks so well in my kitchen. Lunge Lovers Adelaide service was also exceptional! And delivery guys made a great job and wear very careful and polite.
