We enjoyed the lovely showroom, help was offered with no push. Sale prices were very good in January. Payment process was easy. Delivery within 2 weeks was well communicated re day and time. The 2 sofas and coffee table look great and we are very happy with their quality, the price point and the process.

This store is excellent! From the moment I walked in until the delivery of my chairs, I have been very happy with all elements of the process. Great purchase for my son's room, he is at uni so only home during break. A great comfy stylish sofa bed. He loves it. Great service at the Fyshwick store, got to try all the sofa beds in store.

I had plenty of notice on delivery date and time. Delivery guys were awesome, assembled my cabinet in front of me and it’s been a great addition to my lounge room.

The service from start to finish with Lounge Lovers was top class! The shop to the service around delivery was the best I’ve experienced. The updates from Jenny were incredible and spot on!! Even the delivery guys were super super cool and professional!! Fun, and even shared a heart felt moment with me. Love!! Absolutely worth every cent.
