★★★★★ Love Live & Light in Pontcanna is an absolute gem — it’s got such a warm, welcoming energy the moment you walk in. Everyone smiles, the vibe is friendly and relaxed, and honestly it’s just lush. It genuinely feels like a little community hub, not just a quick coffee stop. Shout-out to Conor and Kalem — warm, funny, and genuinely brilliant at what they do. The service is consistently spot on: you feel properly looked after, the attention to detail is excellent, and they always make you laugh. You leave every time with a smile. 5 stars to them both on every level! Also worth saying: it’s not only coffee — they do great drinks too (my favourite is the lavender latte). Brilliant service, warm atmosphere, proper community vibe. 5 stars, easily.

I can't recommend Love Live Life enough. The atmosphere is so calm and clean, and it always smells amazing. The pressotherapy and sauna treatments are my favourite. All the staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling and helpful. I also love their drinks menu and appreciate the little touches that make them not only taste delicious but look beautiful. Thanks all!

I purchased a voucher for my mum for Xmas and we used it today. We both went for the leg Pressotherapy massage , it was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming , friendly and helpful . And we both enjoyed our lovely smoothies . Super relaxing and would definitely recommend. Will be booking again soon. 🧘‍♀️❤️

Absolutely loved every second and wished I had more. Enjoyed a delicious mushroom latte before my session. The cafe is calming and peaceful. Staff attentive and friendly, the sauna session is embellished with colour chromotherapy and optional contrast cold shower which I opted for and felt it enhanced the experience It was wonderful I want to try other therapies! The lymphatic massage boots (forget the name of the therapy) look incredible too Love the name & logo full of symbolism I will be back when next in Cardiff

Lovely wellness place! We visited for a delicious breakfast and pressotherapy treatment! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable. Will 100% be returning!
