I received a 53.00 sweatshirt that was on sale for Christmas, from my daughter. She bought on 12/13/25. It was a holiday themed sweatshirt. The receipt said Nov 28-30 were final sales. She bought it in Dec. I tried to exchange it on 1/2/26 with the receipt never washed worn and still had original tags. The person at the counter was kind and said ok see if you can find a smaller size. Then an older lady came rushing up stating final sale sorry final sale. You can’t exchange this!! I called my daughter and told her to never to shop there and I will tell everyone as well not to shop there. We work very hard for our money and 53.00 is a lot for a sweatshirt. .
